Sara Haines Photography is all about strengthening the connections with your loved ones. It started with one photographer’s passion for excelling in wedding and portrait photography and has now become a team effort to positively impact the lives of everyone we photograph. Our aim is for every photo session to leave you feeling more connected to those around you every day.
We know life can get busy, making it hard to slow down. But we believe that life is too short not to enjoy the small moments that we’ll cherish in the future. Our wedding day flew by and Sara helped make the day move efficiently by creating a wedding day timeline in advance. She worked with us to ensure the schedule flowed how we would like, and made us create a list of photos we for sure wanted. This reassured us that we would not forget special moments we would want captured.
Sara had many tips/tricks up her sleeve to help make posing for pictures seem natural and easy (especially for the guys). We loved that she captured staged photos along with candids, and did a mixture of color and black and white.
Sara is so kind and is so passionate about what she does and it shows in her photos. She also kept us on our toes with her sweet gifts before we met her, after our engagement session and after the wedding.

Your wedding day should echo as a warm memory through your years of marriage. It’s the first step in your legacy as you build your life together!
We want to help you access every beautiful moment of your wedding day with the sweet clarity it deserves. Every feeling that rushed through you when you saw the love of your life at the end of the aisle, the love in your father’s eyes when he gave you away, the warmth and comfort of your mother’s embrace. These are memories you’ll want to keep close and cherish forever.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE RECEIVE?
We don’t want to say there will be a minimum or a maximum. We give all the beautiful moments throughout the session or wedding, culling away the repeats, eyes closed, mid talking or unusable blurry images. An hour session is usually 75 to 100 and a wedding can range from 600 to 1200 depending on the hours covered.

How do payment schedules work?
For weddings, a non-refundable retainer of $1000.00 is necessary to book the date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the wedding. We understand that couples prefer personalized monthly payment plans, and we are more than happy to collaborate with you on this.

I see you have a team. How will I know who my photographer will be?
When you inquire with us, we check our calendar to see which photographer is available for your date and would be a good fit for your wedding. Prior to booking, you’ll have a chance to meet with your photographer and ask them any questions you might have.

What is your album process?
If you ordered an album, you’ll love working with Sydeny! If you didn’t order an album, it’s never too late to add one! Sydeny will schedule a design consult with you where she’ll reveal a beautiful first draft of your album, built from your favorite images. She’s truly gifted in telling the story in a moving and timeless way. By the end of the meeting, you’ll be in love with your co-designed album! She’ll also show you our wall art in case you’re interested in purchasing any pieces for your home.
